signature dishes and ground-breaking
cooking. For skills-based demonstrations such as
butchery, fishmongery and patisserie head
over the the Market Kitchen Theatre, where
experts will guide you through their specialist
techniques. Surrounding the Market Kitchen
are small scale artisan makers of ice creams,
breads, charcuterie and more.
