Room Service App used for Banqueting
The Banqueting guest installs the App and scans the room QR Code; each room has
a unique location code. The guest enters his table number, the app displays the
optional food and drinks menus and the diner can start ordering. The Room Service
App stores contact and Credit Card details or can be linked to the hotel billing
system. The app includes Beacon technology and special offers can be sent to
diners; an offer can be ordered with just one click. The order is accepted, and
notification sent to the guest’s mobile phone confirming the number of minutes to
deliver to their table. Waiters will know which table and guest placed the order.
