Colliers International appointed to sell three high-profile hotels across the UK for Shearings Leisure Group

Global real estate advisor , Colliers International , has been appointed to sell three hotels in the north of England and Scotland , on behalf of Shearings Leisure Group , a leading operator of escorted tours and leisure hotels .
Paul Barrasford , a director in the Hotels Agency team at Colliers International , commented : “ Although part of a larger group , each hotel is an established and successful business in its own right , in particular , due to recent and major refurbishment programmes , increased private leisure and the popularity of these hotels amongst local clientele for a wide array of corporate and private events . From both an operational and property perspective , there are exciting value add opportunities at each property .”
The following freehold properties are available on an individual or cluster basis :
