Since buying The Petersham in 1978, the Dare family have been instrumental in the hotel’s ongoing development and growth. Forty years, two generations, and some impressive improvements and an ongoing refurbishment later, The Petersham is proud to celebrate its continued success as an independent, family- run business. Exclusively available for 2018, Jean-Didier has reimagined nostalgic dishes from some past retro menus.
