74 THE WORLD OF HOSPITALITY LIGHTING & ELECTRICAL Switches, Sockets, Lighting and Hardware Inox Technical Lighting designed and supplied all the architectural lighting for the newly opened Four Degree restaurant at St George’s Wharf, London. The restaurant has several zones, each requiring a different lighting solution. The main eating area is a galleried double-height space with open ceilings, where suspended track lighting is used to direct light onto the tables. The track is in slender lighting profiles, incorporating random white and colour-changing lit sections. The profiles are installed at various heights and orientations to create an interesting look that works with the exposed services. Other areas include VIP rooms, a private whiskey bar, seafood bar and art gallery. The VIP rooms include colour-changing lighting concealed in ceiling coffers and surface-mounted downlights. The gallery has a mix of track-mounted display projectors and colour- changing linear elements built into slim profiles. All lighting is controlled by a Mode Evolution and eDin dimming system.
