38 THE WORLD OF HOSPITALITY HOTEL BT Transforming Guest Experience at Edwardian Hotels London Hotel BT is delivering a suite of technological solutions across Edwardian Hotels London’s full portfolio, that are transforming the ways in which guests stay connected during their stay.   BT has completed the roll-out of high-speed, Wi-Fi technology across the hotel group’s entire estate, including properties in London and Manchester, as well as installing a new Wide Area Network (WAN) connecting all locations across the estate.
