Eurobrick - Creating warmth in
the hospitality sector
Eurobrick was the first to introduce a
comprehensively designed brick slip cladding
system to the UK nearly 30 years ago. The
system quickly became a popular choice
for interiors projects because it provides a
slimline solution for achieving a real brick
finish, while minimizing loss of floor space.
Over the years, interiors work for the
hospitality sector has been an important
market for Eurobrick, seeing them supply
materials for a large number of projects
including: Costa Coffee, O’Neill’s, The
Botanist, Brewhouse & Kitchen, Nandos,
Miller & Carter and Bella Italia.
Eurobrick’s Classic Range brick slips have
always been a particular favourite for interiors
projects, with Old English and Newbridge
Mix proving most popular. Old English is a
firm favourite because of its warm tones
and tumbled finish which helps to create a
characterful interior. The Bella Italia group
have used Old English brick slips in around 20
of their restaurants.
Cocktail bar and restaurant chain The
Botanist were looking for a rustic, real brick
finish to fit the quirky interior style of their
restaurants too so they also chose Old
English. They used the brick slips at their
restaurant in Marlow, along with Eurobrick’s
standard grey Europoint mortar to complete
the authentic interior brick finish. They also
used this same finish at a number of their new
restaurants throughout the UK, including
York, Manchester and Birmingham.
Miller and Carter Steakhouse chose Pastorale
slips from the Classic range, along with
Eurobrick’s white Europoint mortar to create
a striking contrast in their restaurant interior
in Taplow, Buckinghamshire. Eurobrick have
since gone on to supply a number of other
Miller & Carter restaurants too.
