Brockencote Hall Hotel appoints
talented Tim Jenkins as
new head chef
The Eden Hotel Collection is delighted to announce
the appointment of a new head chef at Brockencote
Hall Hotel, Worcestershire. The hotel’s former sous
chef, Tim Jenkins, will become head chef of the hotel’s
three AA Rosette Restaurant, The Chaddesley, from 1
August, where he will lead a passionate and
talented team.
Renowned for serving exceptional cuisine with
a backdrop of sweeping countryside views, the
restaurant – popular with locals and guests alike - will
continue to create mouthwatering masterpieces using
only the finest seasonal ingredients. Locally-sourced
produce includes freshly-picked wild plants, herbs and
fruit from the hotel’s kitchen garden and honey from
its beehives, plus the huge bounty available from
the finest artisan producers in Worcestershire and the
surrounding countryside.
Former sous chef Tim Jenkins has been at Brockencote
Hall Hotel for nine years and, for the last six years,
has been honing his exemplary culinary skills under
the watchful eye of the hotel’s former head chef Adam
Brown - previously of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and
Le Champignon Sauvage.
Says Mark Chambers, Managing Director, Eden Hotel
Collection, “Home-grown chefs are a speciality of the
Eden Hotel Collection. We are delighted to celebrate
the promotion of Tim Jenkins, whose natural talent
has been nurtured well by Adam Brown over the past
few years.
