Goldshield® Sporicidal
High Level Disinfectant with New Residual Barrier
Goldshield®'s unique sporicidal disinfectant has been tested
against Clostridium difficile spores and passed the EN13704 test
with a log reduction of 106.
Goldshield®’s unique technology differs to other similar
technologies in that it not only kills microorganisms and is
sporicidal but also leaves an invisible residual layer on any
surface once dry. Most other formulations contain quaternary
ammonium compounds only (QAC) as the main biocidal active,
which is not capable of leaving an antimicrobial barrier once dry.
Goldshield Sporicidal is therefore a dual function biocide not
only broad spectrum against bacteria, fungi, viruses and bacterial
spores but also leaves an invisible protective layer. This barrier
