About fasting and almsgiving
Behold , the people prepare themselves with those that belong to them for My coming ; they prepare with taverns , with worldly delights , with hearts greedy of empty glory , with the work of their hands , which is the idolatry in the last days ; human creations , which hold captive the mind , the heart , the spirit and the body of the man . These , even if they do no longer remember God and the days of fasting , all are in vain , for the faith in Me and the fasting from food do good only to those who forsook the darkness of this age , and not to the sons of this age . The sons of this age are those who are born of the man , and they do the things of this age , and the sons of God are those who are born from above , at My word , the preached word , and they do the things from above , not those from below , and they lift up those from below , to work for Me and for the plan of My coming in glory , My coming with My kingdom . Then the kingdom of the man will see its own darkness , and I , the Lord , will be the King over all those that are , over everything that I make to be , for that what I do remains , and it appears to those who are ; it appears to those who have life that does not die , as I am .
When I became Man , it was not for Me that I did this , but rather for the man , and that is why I have life , which does not die , for I gave it over for the man . When the man lives for his own self , that one does not have life and does not give from it , for he says that he needs it , but when the man lives for Me , and for those who are Mine with their own selves , they give themselves over with their own life , and they have life and they are as I am , and they are through Me , and they are from above , for I am Who I am . Amen , amen , amen .

Oh , it is bad of the man who wakes up to follow Me and then turns back from Me . His last works will become worse than the first ones , for the spirit of unbelief is a demon which strengthens itself seven times more in the man who leaves God after he tastes of the holy grace of the faith and love of God . Oh , sons from the gates , there is no man on the earth to give this true teaching . The good deed is twofold : for the man and for God . When the man helps another man while he is in need , it does not mean that he helps God , as many people believe so , when they help their neighbors . The man did not want to understand the words declared by My mouth . I said that those who would stand on My right side I would tell them : « Come , you blessed of My Father , for I was a stranger , naked , hungry and thirsty , sick and in prison , and you took care of Me whenever you took care of those little of Mine ». The man has taken this word and applied it for any man , but I was speaking only of those who are Mine , of those who have Me in them with My work , of those who fulfill My Gospel over the earth . Still , the man has not wanted to do as I told him through My Gospel , and he has turned to do well to the man and not to Me , and no to those who take after Me .
The one , who helps Me , when I need him in My work over the earth , is of great value before Me . You , sons , who have believed into My coming over the earth , you have left all your things and taken those things that are Mine to bear them between heaven and earth . You learned from Me a true teaching , and you know that the soul is more than food , and the body is more than clothing . The one , who understands this mystery , is of great value before Me and of great value for Me . Behold , it is one thing for one man to help another man , and another thing for the man to help Me and those that take after Me , those who are born of Me , of My works accomplished from heaven over the earth . I proved Myself as a Teacher and God over the earth , through My teaching by My sacrifice for those who would believe in Me , and through My resurrection in a visible glory .
