With perfect weather and a large crowd, Alumni Day officially kicked off
with the annual President’s Breakfast in the Sabia Garden. The popular invitation-only breakfast is attended by those who gave $500 or more the previous
year, the Board of Trustees, several staff, and members of the 50th anniversary class, which this year was the Class of 6W2.

Pictured above, the new Family Fun Zone with its many free events continues to attract younger alumni with their wives and children to Alumni Day.
Included were pony rides, a moon bounce, slide, face painting, popcorn, and
sand sculpting with horticulture instructor Chuck Feld, a master sand sculptor. Cotton candy and snow cones were provided courtesy of Richard Rothe,
husband of Donna Rothe, business office assistant. Also, Tom Zane technology instructor, again provided his popular pony rides. In addition to offering a
day of free activities, alumni have the opportunity to show their family where
“Daddy, went to school.”
