For example, a need for chocolate – the most craved food by women in America today – is said to be a sign you need more magnesium and should eat more nuts, seeds, veggies and fruits. Not exactly what you are looking for when chocolate is on the brain. The fact of the matter is that you only live once and if you don’t indulge in a craving once in a while you are missing out on one of the simple pleasures of life. It is important to remember everything in moderation is key so splurge here and there. Just try not to beat yourself up if you give in to cravings and get back on track for the next snack or meal.
