Many of us find it difficult to get outside and be as active in the winter as in the summer. If so, here is a thirty day challenge for you that is easy to do inside, yet you will feel and see the difference withina few days! This challenge will stregthen your different abdominal muscles, back muscles, quads, and glute muscles - all improving your core stregth for great posture and confidence!
