Despite never getting the top result on a Google search , Ray White Balwyn Sales Manager Brad Cooper said there are some fun things about having a famous name .

“ I get a lot of comments , you book in a restaurant and people recognise the name . It got me an upgrade on a flight from Melbourne to Singapore once ,” he said .
“ I was at a conference in Greece years ago and I was at a hotel and they told me I ’ d already checked in , but actor Bradley Cooper was staying at one of the penthouses at the same hotel .
“ It ’ s a talking point and it ’ s always an ice breaker , it doesn ' t hurt to have a famous name in this industry .”

While RWC WA Agent Tom Jones is better known for his real estate deals than his sultry singing voice , he said It ’ s Not Unusual for clients to ask him to sing them a song .
“ People comment on my name all the time , I have one client who always answers the phone with a different Tom Jones song ,” Tom said .
“ I get a call almost daily where people will have a crack at the name and make a joke asking me to sing a song .”
But Tom said there were some benefits to having such a recognisable name .
“ We comment about it internally that if there ’ s two or three names on a sign board people always seem to call mine first , no matter what order they ’ re in ,” he said .
“ People do remember my name , it ' s a good talking point .”
