Conducted Auctions Must conduct 40 auctions
Internal Auction Share
Minimum 50 per cent internal auction share ( of all properties listed during this period , at least 50 per cent of them must be listed as auctions )
Response rate
You must have a response rate of 90 per cent to our auction text message to be eligible
Separate criteria apply for Western Australia to qualify during the period :
