MORE THAN 400 RAY WHITE AND LOAN MARKET MEMBERS TURNED UP IN THEIR FINEST AT THE PERTH CONVENTION AND EXHIBITION CENTRE TO CELEBRATE THE 2022 FINANCIAL YEAR .
Ray White Western Australia CEO Mark Whiteman said the group was so very fortunate to have the calibre of people that it does in Western Australia .
“ We are blessed to have the state ’ s number one individual based on sales value in Vivien Yap as well as the number one individual based on sales numbers in Elsie Corby . These two ladies have set the standard and shown us all what is possible , we are so very fortunate to have them within our family ,” he said .

Mark awarded the coveted Ross Whiteman Cup to Vivien Yap of Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont .

The coveted awards saw powerhouse agency Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont once again take home the prize for Top Sales Office based on the highest settled commission , and the dynamic principal Vivien Yap was again named as the Top Principal in 2022 - for the fifth year in a row since joining the top group .
Vivien Yap was also crowned number two across all of Ray White internationally . It ’ s a stunning achievement for the hard-working agent who is known for her relentless work ethic . Ms Yap also won the Top Auction Performer as an individual and her business Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont also won the coveted Marketing Excellence Award , and the top Auction Performer Office too . 73
