RAY WHITE ST CLAIR OPENS WITH A BANG

The Ray White St Clair team making a difference in their community .
What better way to launch a new office than by having a grand opening day just like Peter Diamantidis and his team did when they opened their second office , Ray White St Clair .
On the big day , the roads were blocked off and all the council permits were approved for pretty much anything and everything you could think of . Peter and his team commandeered the office ’ s carpark and brought in rides , face painters , food trucks , llamas and magicians , and invited the whole community .
“ A lot of people came up to me and commented on how good the day was for the community and that we should do it every year ,” Peter said .
“ Prior to the day , we did letterbox drops , social media posts and had sponsors from the local community . It was everywhere and in the end we had 2,000 people attend the opening .”
The team also did a giveaway for the community with the first prize being a $ 1,000 fuel voucher , second prize a Weber Baby Q and the third prize was a $ 200 voucher to a local restaurant . They did a QR code entry and posted it around the community and social media so people could enter . They had over 500 people enter the competition by signing up with their details - all from the local area .
“ In the end we offered 157 price updates from the data we received . There were almost 600 people who put their names
down for something and that ’ s contact details we never had ,” Peter said .
“ We now know in the future how to promote ourselves because we know who is part of the St Clair community .”
They also hosted a sausage sizzle and raised $ 1,000 which was donated to Penrith local charity the Luke Priddis Foundation which supports children with Autism Spectrum Disorders .
Peter had always planned to have a grand opening for the St Clair office as a way to cement the office into the local area .
“ What ’ s the point of opening some champagne with just 30 people you already know when you can get the whole community involved ?” he said .
“ They need to see you , not the people who already know about you . Since the opening , people have realised we are on the shopping list and we ’ re here to stay .
“ In just a few months we are already second in our local area when there have been other offices around for 20 to 30 years .”
For Peter , it wasn ’ t just about immediate success . He has now planted the seed and intends to keep watering it and stay at the forefront of the St Clair community ’ s mind .
