A VIRAL REAL ESTATE SENSATION
BY PIPPI HARRIS
Jayden Nipperess from Ray White Caboolture , known for his striking red hair and deep voice , has quickly risen to social media fame . At just 19 , his journey started a year ago while searching for his first property . Fascinated by real estate , Jayden joined Ray White as an associate and began posting on Instagram in April .
Initially shy about videos , Jayden filmed a simple monologue while handing out flyers . To his surprise , the reel went viral , amassing over 297,000 views and leading to an endorsement deal with Queensland drink ’ s brand , Hard Fizz . He now stands out in an orange suit on 20 Hard Fizz billboards across south east Queensland .
“ The Hard Fizz billboards have taken my recognition to the next level ,” he said .
“ When I ’ m out , people usually know who I am and what I do .”
Jayden ’ s unique approach , characterised by authenticity , has significantly boosted his visibility . One Instagram reel alone generated 80 appraisal inquiries and created two new pipelines .
“ Just be yourself ,” Jayden said .
“ People appreciate authenticity and can tell if you ’ re not genuine in what you ’ re doing .”
With aspirations to become the top sales agent in Caboolture and eventually go solo , Jayden ’ s story is a testament to the impact of genuine marketing .
THE BROTHERS BREAKING THE STIGMA OF MENTAL HEALTH
BY MACLAREN SMITH
What started out as a local casual jog with a few mates has morphed into something much bigger , starting on Kars station , Broken Hill and ending up along the Darling River and finishing in Meninder , otherwise known as “ The Kars 100 .”
A gruellingly long 100km ultra-marathon raising awareness and vital funds for How ’ s Ya Mate mental health program was completed on 14 July . As of the current moment , these legends have raised over $ 14,500 for the How ’ s Ya Mate program aiming to improve the mental health and wellbeing of sporting club communities by providing free training and counselling , starting conversations and breaking stigmas associated with mental health .
This program was initiated by Lifeline Regional SA and Far West NSW to reduce the risk of suicide and Lachlan Cullen from Ray White Armidale has been an advocate for the program for multiple years now .
“ My brother is an ambassador for Lifeline and the How ’ s Ya Mate program , so it made it an easy choice to raise money for such a good cause . We wanted to go to the mental health space because it is so important in the rural setting now due to the hardships that they face ,” Lachlan said .
“ We all know a mate who has been affected by mental health in one way or another so we wanted to raise some awareness about looking out for our mates .
“ We started at quarter to five in the morning and our first runner came in at 7pm and last came in at 11pm . There were some really awesome and meaningful chats throughout the day , everybody celebrated the milestones as they came .
“ Even those who couldn ’ t complete the run were so supportive , riding their mountain bikes alongside us the entire run and checking in with us . The whole day was just heaps of fun .
“ Raising awareness was our main goal , getting people out of their comfort zone and encouraging more people to speak about it is the first step in the right direction .”
