JACKIE AND JASON SCOTT Ray White Port Noarlunga SA
Jackie and Jason Scott had run a successful Ray White business in Port Noarlunga for more than 13 years before leaving in 2020.
The Scotts said they initially left as they didn’ t feel valued or nurtured. But all that changed six months ago when they rejoined the group after reconnecting through marketing executive Kristen Buick in the corporate office in Adelaide.
“ We had always been Ray White as salespeople and then as business owners,” Jackie said.
“ But even in our 2.5 years away, the group has changed so much. We were business owners before and we didn’ t feel nurtured or even welcome in some ways. And now we feel the opposite.
“ We
found there was no support or structure in the other group.
" So we are back because of the amazing Kristen Buick. She teed us up with

“ Matt Lindblom truly has created a great team in corporate which is inclusive and family oriented. The marketing is outstanding and of a high quality, with so much to choose from. And of course NurtureCloud is transforming our business.
“ The systems and procedures are next level and the cohesion inside the group is very high too.
“ So the biggest difference we can see is the culture, the marketing and NurtureCloud.
“ And of course, the family with Brian White and Dan White only a phone call away, is unheard of.
“ Coming back to Ray White truly feels like coming home.”
Having lived in Port Noarlunga for more than 20 years, Jackie and Jason are more than just real estate agents, they are true locals.
The couple have a deep connection to the coastal town, renowned for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and family-friendly environment.

JULIAN AND JAKE ROWE Ray White Northern Beaches NSW
For Julian and Jake Rowe, rejoining Ray White was more than just a career move— it was a return to the culture, support and innovation that has always set our group apart.
After stepping away from the group for a time, the couple rejoined late last year to spearhead Ray White’ s new Northern Beaches office in Manly with an even deeper passion for real estate. The pair say they are grateful for the support they’ ve received from their leadership team at the Upper North Shore, corporate and the wider Ray White network.
“ I first joined Ray White in 2014, and I am so glad to be back and working together with my husband in such a great environment,” Jake said.
The pair credit their principals David Walker and Charles Caravousanos for fostering a culture that is both inspiring and collaborative, a sentiment echoed by every member of the Upper North Shore team.

As a high achieving 21 year old he sold some $ 300 million of property in the Lower North Shore. He went on to become the licensee and principal of the former Ray White office in Northbridge. He then spent five years in Dubai, selling Palazzo Versace Residences in the D1 Tower, Dubai. On Julian’ s return he spent seven years at a boutique agency before cementing his new role with the Manly business. He has been friends for more than 20 years with Charles Caravousanos.
“ We have such a supportive team, along with Eddy Piddington and his wife Jessica, we are all like family here. We are so lucky to be given the opportunity to open a business together, from scratch. Dan White has been fantastic, and so as Brian White too,” he said.
Jake said the support from literally every single person within the group has been incredible. Returning to Ray White has reignited the pair’ s enthusiasm for real estate.
“ After experiencing some truly toxic work environments in other brands, I considered leaving the industry entirely,” Jake said.
“ But Ray White doesn’ t just provide a job- it offers an environment where people thrive. It’ s a place where innovation is constant, training is world-class, and success is shared. It feels like coming home.
