Scroll through Tiktok or Instagram long enough , and you ’ re bound to see a meme or video with a young person complaining about having to answer their phone , much less making a call themselves . In fact , a story went viral last year about a man who got lost in the forest during a bushwalk and continuously rejected emergency services ’ attempt to contact him because he didn ’ t recognise the number .

In March , we hosted our eighth Leadership Academy in a bid to provide a world-class education for our members by offering a global perspective on leadership skills and best practice .
Ray White ’ s Chairman ’ s Elite business owners enjoyed a case study session with renowned Harvard Business School Professor , Boris Groysberg .
The Boston-based professor led a highly interactive session on the Gold Coast with 320 members who had travelled from all over Australia and New Zealand .
He teaches courses on talent management and leadership in the school ' s MBA and Executive Education programs .
He has won numerous awards for his research , which focuses on the challenge of managing human capital at small and large organisations across the world .
Business owners and high-level performers within the Ray White Group often lament young agents ’ reluctance to make all important prospecting calls , but understand it .
