She single handedly sold almost $ 20 million worth of property and cleared 60 per cent of the 30 properties she had on offer . She is the only agent in the country to ever book 30 auctions in one go ! The three day auction event was attended by more than 320 enthusiastic market watchers , with more than 80 registered bidders adding to the electrifying atmosphere .
