HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR
The Ray White Noble Park | Springvale team went all out celebrating the Lunar New Year with a lion dance performance put on for their whole community .
The night was spearheaded by director and sales agent Alan Tran who has been part of a lion dance team since he was 15 years old . The night included a blessing from the team to bring good luck and prosperity for the coming years .
“ It went exceptionally well with plenty of landlords , past purchasers and prospective vendors visiting to enjoy the festivities . This is the first time we ’ ve done this here and it ’ s safe to say it ’ s here to stay ,” Alan said .
“ I feel it ’ s extremely important to host community minded events because what we do is directly influenced by our community and surroundings . It ’ s important for the community to understand that despite being real estate agents , each and every one of us are part of the same community and we are here to help .”
“ As young adolescents growing up in certain suburbs and neighbourhoods with particular family dynamics or lack thereof , the lion dance team gave me a sense of belonging ,” Alan said .
“ We were all a bunch of mates who wanted to be there to be better , to be stronger , to support one another .
“ The sponsorship of the two new lions to my team is just another token of my appreciation for all that the team has given myself as a member , but also while I was an observer years ago .
“ If we are fortunate enough to be able to help , lend a hand and spread joy , why wouldn ’ t we ?”
