ALBURY BLUE RIBBON GROWN AND WEANER SALE
Ray White Rural and Livestock Albury recently held their first Blue Ribbon Grown and Weaner Sale at the NVLX Saleyards .
It was a great result for James Brown and the team , successfully yarding 1,027 head of cattle ranging from grown steers to weaner steers . The grown heifers and weaner heifers followed . The sale took place over four days with Ray White rostered on day one to set the standard for the upcoming days of sale .
The start of the Annual Berragoon Production Sale also kicked off for the team at Ray White GTSM . This event saw the best polocrosse players and campdrafters come together for a very diverse and successful sale . The eventful weekend kicked off with the start of the draft , followed by the first two rounds of polocrosse - a great way to show off horses ’ attributes and ability . Ninety-four lots entered the arena to wow the crowd with the pedigree and skill of each horse . The sale saw a wide range including 12 foals , 14 led ( yearlings ), two broodmares and 69 ridden horses . The sale finished with 90 of 94 sold , averaging at $ 15,833 .
TAMWORTH ANGUS FEATURE SALE
Conducted by Ray White Rural and Livestock Tamworth , the dynamic team penned 6,000 head . This is possibly the biggest saleyard yarding , by a single agent , in our country . The quality on offer was incredible . Nine Ray White Rural and Livestock businesses were there on the day , either buying or selling , or just lending a hand . A defining sale for our group .
TRAINING DAY WITH BRIAN WHITE
The team at Ray White Mt Gambier participated in a “ once in a lifetime opportunity ” in February , in the form of professional training and spending quality time with Brian White AO in Melbourne .
The team undertook a variety of training with Ray White Corporate Head of Marketing Todd Alexander , Ray White Warnambool Director and Auctioneer Fergus Torpy , and Ray White Victoria Property Management BDEs Alana Bess and Lauren Macpherson .
For the afternoon session the whole team interacted with Brian White who discussed leadership and his experience in stepping into a leadership role with high responsibility and expectations .
The main event was a beautiful dinner with Brian and corporate team members , Matt Lindblom and Todd Alexander . The team connected with Brian ’ s journey , the family business , and the world of knowledge he possesses .

RAY WHITE CANBERRA SPONSORS GRASSROOTS RUGBY IN THE CAPITAL
Ray White Canberra have continued with their investment into grass roots community sport , becoming the major sponsor of Wests Rugby Club in 2023 .
The sponsorship agreement will see Wests carry the Ray White logo on the front of their men ’ s and women ’ s first grade jerseys , as well as on all junior jerseys .
Chairman of the Ray White Canberra Group , Ben Faulks , said they were proud to continue their investment back into grassroots sports .
Wests Rugby Club president Richard Wyche welcomed Ray White Canberra into the family on behalf of the entire club .
This development follows Ray White Canberra ’ s recent announcement of the major sponsorship of the Gungahlin Eagles , and their continued investment in the Brumbies Women ’ s program , where they provide funding directly to female players in an effort to help reduce out-ofpocket expenses incurred by women just to be able to play the game .
Huge runs of feeder weight steers sold from $ 1900 - $ 2400 , topping at $ 2420 , plenty of them making 420-440c / kg equivalent . Impressive numbers of PTIC Heifers topped at $ 3150 , with an average of $ 2440 .
