BY ALEX TILBURY
Ray White Elites are the “ pinnacle ” of our leading group . Ray White Managing Director Dan White said it was important for us to recognise their remarkable achievements . The Alan White Elite Performers ' Conference was held in Melbourne at the Sofitel on Collins for FY 21 / 22 qualifiers .
“ It forms a key part of our family ' s core purpose , being to provide an environment that enables all our members to thrive and reach Elite status ,” he said .
" We know that Elite members would do well regardless of where they worked , so our role is to provide a springboard to enable every Elite to go higher with us ."

“ We ’ re always looking for ways to get better , as there is no finish line in our industry . There ’ s more potential in all of us ."
Dan often gets asked what ’ s the one ingredient that makes an Elite sales performer ?
“ There ’ s no magical single ingredient . Everyone has their own unique style and personality .”
We finished the 2022 year with 29 per cent auction market share across Australia and New Zealand .
We conduct one in three auctions , it ’ s never been this high . It ’ s important in any industry , not just ours , to double down on your strengths .
High performance sales can be a stressful career . Ray White had a record number of Elite agents qualify for Elite status in 2021-22 with 640 members , compared to 547 in 2021 , and 306 in 2020 . To achieve this level of recognition , sales agents must gross over $ 750,000 in commission in the 12 month period .
The group also saw 241 agents qualify in 2022 as Chairman ’ s Elite who grossed more than $ 1.5 million in commission , compared to 178 in 2021 , and 63 agents in 2020 .
