NurtureCloud expanding to service

NurtureCloud will soon be expanding beyond smart calls , prospecting , appraisal and pipeline management , to include a buyer module that manages open homes , and uses buyer propensity to prepare smart callback lists and perform buyer matches . It will also automatically produce vendor reports with valuable campaign insights and buyer feedback , creating internal efficiencies and a better vendor experience .

The buyer module includes an industry leading open home app , smart buyer match and call lists , a vendor report and 24 / 7 portal , as well as a buyer propensity engine , which is exclusive to Ray White .
REAL-TIME REPORTING
The in-app reporting in NurtureCloud measures " input " and provides an in-depth insight into database size , call volumes , appraisals booked , lost listings , and identifies areas for performance improvement .
CONSUMER PORTAL
Customers can claim their property , see a price estimate for their home using an " Automated Valuation Model " ( AVM ), as well as suburb market trends , and recent listing and sales on their property portal .
In the future , we plan to expand this portal to provide your clients with total transparency of their property journey - from enquiry to appraisal , campaign marketing , vendor reporting , through to settlement .
