TOGETHER : OUR WELLBEING INITIATIVE
For the last year , Ray White Corporate has been running a wellness initiative for the corporate teams called Together .
After a year , there ’ s a lot to be proud of . We ’ re a huge team , spread across all states and in New Zealand , so sometimes it ’ s hard to share our wins , losses , and lives with each other .
Together has helped change that . It ’ s underpinned by key pillars to improve and support wellbeing among staff , including health and fitness offerings , financial help , lifestyle , tips and advice , charity work , communication , and mental health awareness .
Through Together , we ’ ve championed great initiatives like Fit for Floods where , with the White family , we helped raise $ 60,000 for those affected by the Lismore Floods .
Our journey into the staff wellbeing space is just beginning , and we ’ ve already come so far . Coming soon , we ’ ll be sharing what we ’ ve learnt from implementing Together and how the program could benefit you and your team .
The initiative uses an online platform to help communicate all the programs being promoted by what we call our “ Together Champions ”. These staff members give their time to encourage fundraising , Mental Health First Aid training , team morale and social activities , and general support among colleagues . We now have more than 60 staff members who have completed Mental Health First Aid , with that number growing every quarter .
The platform has an array of ‘ Communities ’ where you can share tips and advice on everything from parenting , fitness , food , dogs , plants , mindfulness and music .
