RECOGNISING OUR TOP PERFORMERS
This year , the New South Wales and Queensland corporate teams have taken a different tack when recognising our Elite performers and presenting them with their certificates . New South Wales and Queensland corporate members would usually head out to each office individually to present Elite performers and Chairman ’ s Elite members with their certificate of recognition but this year they ’ re doing things a little differently .
As part of a new trial that began at the start of 2022 , each month the two states have held an event to welcome and celebrate the new recipients of Elite and Chairman ’ s Elite status . After two years of everything moving online , it ’ s been refreshing for our high-performing members to be able to network once again , share their COVID-19 experience , and discuss the changing market .
The trial of breakfasts and dinners have been a successful and welcome addition to the recognition calendar .
The corporate teams are continuing to find ways to reward and celebrate our network achievers , and the events , or an iteration of them , may yet become a staple of the recognition program moving forward .
