Starting with just two employees , Warren now has a team of more than 20 , with four joining the Ray White Bargara team . A Bargara local , Warren has brought a team of locals on as part of his new Ray White Bargara business , including Paul Anderson , John Price , and Zac Hodges .

Ray White Taigum ’ s Tim Fraser has merged his business with powerhouse owner of Ray White Aspley , Rob Green to service Brisbane ’ s northside rental market . Ray White Asset Management Taigum will focus solely on rental properties and director of property management Melissa Howard will head up the department . Rob also spearheads a group of six other offices with 125 staff members including Ray White Aspley , Ray White Scarborough , Ray White Warner , Ray White Newport , Ray White Springfield and Ray White Springfield Lakes as CEO .

South Coast real estate expert , Steven Mason , has added Ray White Ulladulla to his suite of businesses , joining Ray White Batemans Bay , Ray White Broulee and Ray White Moruya . Outgoing Ray White Ulladulla principals Darryl and Caroline Leslight have handed over the reins of their business to Steve after making the decision to retire . The Ulladulla office will come under the same umbrella as his existing businesses but has retained the full set of staff operating under the Leslights .

The powerhouse team behind the leading Ray White Ferntree Gully office has expanded to Croydon with local real estate expert James Wilson at the helm .
James is a true local of Croydon and intimately understands the benefits of the area and the Croydon community . He has taken over leadership of the existing Ray White Croydon office which has served the local community for nearly 13 years under directors Tamara Lloyd and Elaine Richards . He is joined by managing director of Ray White Ferntree Gully , Patrick McConnachie , who has led the group ’ s number one Victorian and Tasmanian office for the past seven years .
