Tim Snell has been the national group head of performance for the past two years , following four years in the NSW | ACT corporate team as chief performance officer .
With a powerful collaboration of proven performers and next generation leaders , our ambition remains to be the springboard for our members to grow incredible businesses .
Outgoing CEO Andrew McCulloch will continue with the group , taking up the new role of Ray White NSW | ACT director and board member .
Andrew made a huge contribution to the group over the past seven years in his roles as CEO for Ray White NSW | ACT and as head of network development before that . Under his leadership , the network has become more productive and successful and its market position has never been stronger .
The past three years have been very successful for the group in New South Wales .
NEW ZEALAND SUCCESSION PLAN
Former CEO Carey Smith , who led the company for the past 25 years , transitioned to his new role as Executive Chairman on 1 December . This new role will enable him to provide further mentorship , trust and advice . Making the structural changes within the group will further strengthen Ray White New Zealand .

Ray White New Zealand COO Daniel Coulson has been a part of the leadership team for the past two and half years in a role that has provided a pathway and stepped up to become the CEO of Ray White New Zealand on December 1 , 2022 .
