We know we are surrounded by incredibly inspirational members across our group and we wanted a place to hero their stories . Sharing stories and case studies helps us all to grow and learn . We are proudly a fourth-generation family owned and led group which makes us very unique compared to many industries internationally .

Next year we hope you all get the chance to attend our Career Lifecycle Conference - it ’ s probably the conference no-one wants to go to but everyone who attends finds it so beneficial . In the last year we added 51 new businesses this year and saw 26 restructures of changeovers to see the family network swell to 933 in total . We loved our Leading Ladies of Real Estate events - held simultaneously in Adelaide , Brisbane and Sydney . This initiative is only going to get bigger and better in 2022 so please watch this space . Our economist Nerida Conisbee has answered the question - was 2021 the year of the super deal ? We certainly broke records across residential , commercial , marine , commercial and rural !
