THE LATEST ON PULSE To bring this new recognition initiative to life , we ' ve made some exciting updates to Pulse . You can now access the Competition Creators Leaderboard directly on the platform . This dynamic leaderboard provides real-time insights into the top performers in auctions across our network , showcasing the agents and offices that are truly excelling in creating competition and driving results .

The leaderboard is a fantastic tool to see where you and your team stand in the rankings and to celebrate your achievements throughout the year . It highlights key metrics that matter most in auction performance and gives a clear view of who is leading the way .

Based on EARS ( Express Auction Reporting System ) data , which is collected using an automated post auction SMS , we measure auction performance based on a number of key metrics ; conducted auctions , response rate , internal auction share , auctions scheduled , auctions scheduled vs . conducted and auction campaign 60 day clearance rate .

The final rankings for the Competition Creators Award are based on an aggregate of these results , spotlighting those who demonstrate excellence in all aspects of auction performance .
