We were proud to recognise several remarkable individuals across our markets at the recent annual awards . These new Life Members have shaped our network through their dedication , innovation , and passion , setting an outstanding example for their colleagues and the industry .

With over 35 years of experience , John Dwyer has been a cornerstone of RWC . His expertise spans sales , leasing , management , and valuation , but his true strength lies in executing high-impact marketing campaigns . John has built strong relationships with private investors , developers , and financial institutions , earning a reputation for his meticulous approach to every transaction . Honoured as National and Queensland Commercial Salesperson of the Year in 2011 , John ’ s legacy extends beyond his professional achievements to the mentoring and guidance he has provided to his colleagues .
Since joining RWC Noosa and Sunshine Coast in 2008 , Tracey Ryan has been a driving force behind the company ' s success . As a fully licensed and accredited real estate agent , she has managed a diverse portfolio and maintained an exceptional record of client retention . Tracey ’ s professionalism , integrity , and unwavering commitment to her clients have made her a trusted advisor and a leader in the industry . After 16 years of dedicated service , Tracey leaves an indelible mark on RWC , now celebrated as a Life Member .

PETER SUKIENNIK RAY WHITE GERALDTON DONGARA
Peter Sukiennik has been a key member of the Ray White Group for the past 30 years .
Originally a leading salesperson , and winner of multiple awards , Peter became a partner in our key businesses on the Batavia Coast , namely Geraldton and Dongara with good friend Ian Wheatland .
Together with Ian , Peter helped build one of the strongest businesses anywhere in Australia and helped develop Ray White ’ s presence in the vast areaknown as the “ Midwest ”.
Active in his local community , particularly through Rotary , Peter has made a major contribution to his community and the good will of the Ray White name .
Ray White WA CEO Mark Whiteman paid tribute to Peter ’ s contribution .
“ Suki ( as he ’ s known to his friends ) has made a major contribution as an agent and business owner to Ray White over a really long period of time , but for me the highlight has been the way he supported his old mate Ian Wheatland and his wife Noreen through Ian ’ s illness and passing . This showed his true character and that is the character of a Ray White Life Member ,” Mark said .
“ Peter has also ensured that Ray White ’ s future in Geraldton remained strong with the introduction of Simon and Paul as the new business owners . Many business owners only worry about themselves . Peter has made sure that the guys were in place and that Ray White ’ s presence and his team ’ s future was guaranteed .”
