A RECORD 745 GUESTS ATTENDED THE ANNUAL RAY WHITE SOUTH AUSTRALIA AND NORTHERN TERRITORY AWARDS AT THE ADELAIDE CONVENTION CENTRE IN AUGUST .

Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory CEO Matthew Lindblom congratulated everyone in the room from business leaders , to property managers , and spouses .
“ We have a significant advantage over our competitors now , as we continue to scale our network effects . These network effects are in key areas of the business , in which , we gain a distinct and unfair advantage over our competitors ,” he said .
“ We can ’ t take these for granted , as no other group has the benefit of a family owned business with scale that invests so effectively back into our ongoing development . It ’ s irreplaceable and impossible for our current competition to replicate .
“ Peer-to-peer cooperation , collaboration and learning are possibly our greatest advantages . It ’ s important we grow stronger together and maintain an abundance mentality , rather than one of scarcity . We have strength in numbers , and momentum , let ' s keep that going .
“ The collective balance of experience and youth in our network is one of the most exciting things in Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory . The benefits of this stretch far and wide , including considered decision making , wise heads to lean on , adoption to technology , energy , talent , and positive competitive behaviour .
“ Every year , we trend closer to our goal of selling one in four properties across South Australia and Northern Territory , and conducting 50 per cent of all auctions in Adelaide and Darwin .
