What does it mean to be ‘ uniquely Ray White ’?
Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew reminded the 700 agents who attended the Ready SET Go training in Brisbane of a quote from group chairman Brian White AO , ‘ you have to know what you want to know how to articulate it .’
“ Today is about getting clear on who you are and who we are ,” he said .
“ The belief is that once you understand that , you can really go about working on how you can demonstrate this . One thing that is consistent is we are all communicators and the fabulous thing that I love about this group is we have plenty of things to communicate .
“ SET is about our ability to narrow our focus , about coming to something simplistic and ensuring we have repetition in and around that .
“ Once you have that , the feeling is you will have ease and speed of decision making , ultimately more greatly influencing customers .”
Jason Andrew also spoke about the group ’ s Brisbane 100 campaign which involves an upcoming auction event featuring 200 Brisbane properties , a campaign celebrating Ray White ’ s 100 year anniversary in Brisbane and to help create an identity for the group in the lead up to the Olympics , which includes partnering with local AFL team the Brisbane Lions .
Swimming star and keynote speaker Brooke Hanson ( pictured right ), an Olympic gold and silver medallist , remains one of Australia ’ s most recognised Olympians .
Brooke Hanson has become a source of inspiration to many people through her story of resilience , determination and her positive outlook after much heartache .
“ Ask yourself , do you have grit , determination , courage , action and momentum ?”
Earlier in the day , more than 150 property managers got together to listen to REIQ CEO Antonia Mercorella deep dive into recent legislation changes in property management , while Ray White Victoria and Tasmania property management BDE Alana Bess spoke about wellness and avoiding burnout - a key issue for property managers in 2024 .

Celebrating 100 years of Ray White in Brisbane , when Ray came down the range to set up in Queensland ' s capital , Brisbane in 1924 . That is what the Brisbane 100 campaign celebrates first and foremost .
The creation of the entity , the Voice of Queensland Property . The inaugural panel of Queensland industry leaders will position our business well amongst our customers as we ambitiously strive to take our place as the preeminent thought leader for property commentary in Queensland .
The Brisbane 100 Auction Experience . It is our ambition to conduct 200 auctions on 21 July , 2024 at the Howard Smith Wharves . It is our subsequent ambition to clear at 70 per cent or above on the day .
