Following his first listing of “ Mirabilia Castle ” back in 2022 , Peter is back and has secured the listing of the marvellous ‘ Versace Castle ’, a handbuilt property that took over 20 years to build and complete . He ’ s been given the unofficial title of the castle specialist but said both of the listings came as a bit of a surprise for him .
“ The Mirabilia Castle was an opportunity that I had to jump on , it had been on the market with other agencies but when they came to me , I was confident we could get it sold with interest coming from everywhere ,” he said .
