2025 MASTERS AGILITY JUDGES

MRS . MICHELE FLETCHER of Pikeville , Tennessee . Mrs . Michele Fletcher ’ s involvement in dog sports began in 1997 with a Brittany puppy named Necco , whose first puppy class sparked her passion for the sport of dogs . From that moment , she embraced the world of agility , obedience , and hunt tests , and today , she shares her life with Golden Retrievers . Known for their enthusiasm and versatility , her Goldens have become her partners in countless competitions , especially excelling in agility .
Mrs . Fletcher became an AKC Agility Judge in 2009 and has since judged events across various levels , bringing her keen eye and deep understanding of the sport to each assignment . Though 2025 will mark her first Westminster assignment , her years of experience and dedication to dog sports make her an invaluable addition to this year ’ s judging panel .
MR . PAUL MOORE of Welford Northants , England . With nearly three decades steeped in the sport , Mr . Paul Moore is a dedicated figure in Agility , competing at the UK ’ s Championship level with his Border Collies . Originally drawn to Obedience with his first dog , a Labrador , he was quickly captivated by Agility ’ s fast pace and close teamwork . Beyond competition , Mr . Moore has contributed as a Floor Manager in the Main Arena at Crufts and as a leader for the Junior GB squad for four years .
An Agility judge for 25 years , Mr . Moore has officiated all levels of the sport in the UK . Among his career highlights are judging the Crufts Dog Agility Championship in 2019 and an assignment at Westminster in 2017 — an experience he ’ s honored to build upon when he makes his return to Westminster in February .
