MR . MICHAEL FAULKNER of Center Cross , Virginia . Mr . Michael Faulkner has been immersed in the world of dog sports nearly his entire life , beginning with a passion for Junior Showmanship and a deep appreciation for Golden Retrievers and Field Spaniels . Over the years , he has bred , owned , and exhibited numerous Best in Show-winning Golden Retrievers , as well as champion Field Spaniels , Pointers , English Springer Spaniels , Black & Tan Coonhounds , and Pugs . Alongside his partner , Dr . Ann Greenbank , Mr . Faulkner continues to breed exceptional Golden Retrievers under the Verdoro prefix and actively mentors new judges on several Gundog breeds .
An accomplished judge , Michael is approved for all Sporting , Herding , and Hound breeds , as well as select Toy and Working breeds . His judging career includes multiple national specialty assignments , esteemed international appointments , and several invitations to the prestigious Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show .
MRS . SIOUX FORSYTH-GREEN of Pinehurst , North Carolina . Mrs . Sioux Forsyth-Green is a thirdgeneration dog enthusiast , continuing a proud family legacy in the world of dog sports . Her parents hold the unique distinction of being the only married couple to have both won Best in Show at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show , a testament to the family ’ s deep roots and achievements in the sport . Mrs . Forsyth-Green has carried on this tradition , dedicating her life to dogs and the world of competitive dog shows .
As a judge , Mrs . Forsyth-Green has brought her expertise to various assignments , including the Boxer and Pointer National Specialties and the Doberman Regional at the National . Her judging career has also taken her across the globe , with invitations to officiate in Hong Kong , Australia , and Mexico . This will be her second assignment at Westminster .
MR . RANDY GARREN of Apex , North Carolina . Mr . Randy Garren purchased his first Toy Poodle in 1966 , at the age of 12 , with his lawn mowing money . It wasn ’ t long after that he bred his first litter , and soon attended his first dog show in 1968 . Mr . Garren ’ s many accomplishments include producing roughly 65 champions including Poodles , Dachshunds , Norfolks , and Chihuahuas . Mr . Garren and his husband , Dennis McCoy , bred the top-winning black poodle ever ( all varieties ), Ch . Randenn Tristar Affirmation (“ Yessie ”), winner of 103 all-breed Best in Shows . Mr . Garren has finished more than 1,000 champions and has secured hundreds of Best in Show wins .
Mr . Garren ’ s judging career began in 2000 , and in the years since he has amassed a resume that includes acclaimed judging stints in Sweden , Japan , China , Australia , and other countries . He was Show Chair for Cary Kennel Club since its inception and is current Show Chair for the Raleigh Kennel Club , as well as coordinator for the Tarheel Cluster . Our 2025 event marks Mr . Garren ’ s sixth judging assignment at Westminster .
MR . LAURENT HEINESCHE of Klaukkala , Finland . Across a career spanning 40 years , Mr . Laurent Heinesche has built a reputation as a prominent breeder of Maltese and Toy Poodles . His kennel has produced over 200 champions , including World , European , and International Champions , along with numerous Best in Show winners . In 2004 , Mr . Heinesche had the honor of representing his country at the Eukanuba World Challenge — a recognition earned after one of his dogs was named Dog of the Year , an accolade he has achieved three times .
Mr . Heinesche has been judging for over 20 years , with assignments across multiple continents , allowing him to share his expertise and passion with fellow breeders , exhibitors , and colleagues worldwide . This will be his debut assignment at Westminster .
