2025 GROUP JUDGES

HOUND

MR . HAROLD TATRO III of Crowley , Texas . Mr . Harold Tatro ’ s journey in dog sports began with a Doberman Pinscher in Obedience , and later , a Lakeland Terrier who sparked his passion for the show ring , earning multiple Group and Best in Show titles . In 1988 , Harold married Denise , who shared his love for dogs and introduced him to Whippets . Together , they bred and showed Whippets who excelled in conformation , lure coursing , rally , agility , and more . More recently , they ’ ve delighted in showing and breeding Long Coat Chihuahuas . Their standout , Dash , a Platinum Grand Champion , claimed Best of Breed at the CCA 100th Anniversary National Specialty in 2023 and currently holds the # 1 Long Coat Chihuahua rank in 2024 .
With over 25 years in judging , Mr . Tatro is approved to judge Hound , Terrier , and Toy Groups and has had the honor of officiating at national specialties for Whippets and Lakeland Terriers , as well as two assignments at the esteemed Montgomery County Kennel Club . He ’ s also judged at the AKC National Championship three times and has judged abroad in Italy , Sweden , and Australia , among other destinations . This is his second Westminster assignment .

MRS . ANGELA PICKETT of Chuluota , Florida . Mrs . Angela Pickett has cherished a life filled with dogs for as long as she can remember . Her journey began with a focus on Obedience , which led her to discover Papillons . In the early 1990s , she started breeding and exhibiting these delightful companions in conformation . Together with her daughter , Mrs . Pickett has bred numerous champions , as well as multiple Best in Show winners and dogs earning MACH and OTCH titles . An Honorary Lifetime Member of the Papillon Club of America , she serves as the PCA Judges Education Chair and has held various leadership roles on the PCA Board , including Vice President and Recording Secretary . As founding member and former President of the Sunshine State Papillon Club , Mrs . Pickett has also been a longstanding member of the Toy Dog Club of Central Florida , fostering a sense of community among fellow enthusiasts .
As a judge , she officiates the Toy Group , Non-Sporting Group , Hound Group , and over half of the Sporting Group , along with Best in Show and Junior Showmanship . This is her second assignment at Westminster .

NON-SPORTING

MRS . VICKI SEILER-CUSHMAN of Xenia , Ohio . Mrs . Vicki Seiler-Cushman ’ s journey in the dog world began in 1970 , breeding Siberian Huskies with her mother and later placing fourth in group at Westminster as a child . She apprenticed with Doberman expert George Rood , sparking a love for the breed and launching a career as a professional handler . She previously won the Working Group at Westminster in 1990 , and has amassed more than 200 Best in Show titles across her sporting career . Mrs . Seiler-Cushman was named Top New Professional Handler in 1987 and Handler of the Year in 1991 .
Mrs . Seiler-Cushman began her judging career in 2016 , and has had the privilege of judging several National Specialties and has officiated internationally in Guatemala , Mexico , and Canada . She is approved to judge the Working , Non-Sporting , and Herding Groups . This will be her fourth assignment at Westminster .
