past President and the judge ’ s education committee for the Great Dane Club of America , in addition to being on the board of the Pekingese Club of America and a member of the American Whippet Club . He is currently licensed to judge all Hound , Toy , and all but one Non-Sporting breed , as well as breeds in three other groups , Juniors Showmanship and Best in Show . This is his third Westminster assignment .
MS . ANN INGRAM of Rochestown , Cork , Ireland , was born into the world of dogs , as her father was a Terrier man and her mother , the founder of the Boxer breed in Ireland . Both parents were also All- Breeds judges . Ms . Ingram began to judge at the age of 16 and became All-Breeds in 1984 . She has judged in over 50 countries , including at the Australian Royals , Crufts , World , European , Asian , and Scandinavian Winners Shows . She has judged several times in the U . S . and Canada and is scheduled to adjudicate Best in Show at Crufts in 2024 .
Under the Tirkane Prefix , she bred and handled many U . K . and Irish champions in Boxers , Boston
Terriers , Miniature and Toy Poodles , Lhasa Apsos , and two World Winner Toy Poodles and Top Dog All-Breeds in Ireland on several occasions . Tirkane remains the Top winning Boxer kennel of all time in Ireland .
Ms . Ingram currently serves as the President of the Boxer Society of Ireland and Chairperson of Munster Agricultural Canine Society . This is her first judging assignment at Westminster .

MR . DOUGLAS A . JOHNSON of Bloomington , Indiana , breeds under the world-famous Clussexx prefix and has produced more than 200 AKC Champions . Dogs from his kennel have won more than 170 Best in Show awards and 18 national specialty Best of Breed wins across four breeds , Clumber Spaniels , Sussex Spaniels , Welsh Springer Spaniels , and English Toy Spaniels .
Mr . Johnson holds the distinct honor of producing two Westminster Best in Show winners , and he is the only breeder of Westminster Best in Show winners in two different breeds . One , the Sussex Spaniel , Champion Clussexx Three D Grinchy Glee , Stump , who , as a veteran of 10 years , is the oldest dog to win Best in Show at Westminster and the Clumber Spaniel Champion Clussexx
Mr . Johnson was awarded the American Kennel Club ’ s Sporting Breeder of the Year award in 2005 , Judge of the Year Nominee for 2017 , and a Winkie Award Winner for Breeder of the Year in 2019 . A founder of the Canine Conservation movement , Mr . Johnson , strives to be a voice for all breeders who work tirelessly to produce and promote their breed of choice . Advocating for dogs is a passion , but also a responsibility to ensure the successful longevity of unique breeds . Together we must continue to foster the best breeding practices to keep breeds from extinction . He is approved to judge the Sporting , Hound , Non-Sporting , and Toy Groups , Junior Showmanship , and Best in Show . He previously judged the Hound Group in 2014 and the Sporting Group in 2019 at Westminster . This is his sixth Westminster judging assignment .
MS . BRITT E . JUNG of Houston , Texas , finished her first Vizsla in 1980 and bred her first litter in 1984 using the Brittania prefix . Breeding selectively , Ms . Jung has produced more than 50 titled dogs , including dogs with Master Hunter , MACH agility , and Grand Champion titles , as well as therapy dogs and search and rescue dogs . She worked for professional handlers throughout high school and has also owned Pointers .
Her professional life has been dedicated to K-12 education . Since 2001 , she has worked at the US Department of Education and currently leads the federally funded programs designed to address the impact of COVID-19 in elementary and secondary schools . She shares her home in Houston , TX , with her husband and four Vizslas .
Ms . Jung began judging Vizslas in 2007 and will judge the Vizsla Club of America ’ s National Specialty Show in 2025 . She is very supportive of events that promote the versatile hunting dog and recently finished her first Master Hunter title . She is currently approved to judge the Sporting Group and Junior Showmanship . This is her first judging assignment at Westminster .
MR . DAVID J . KIRKLAND of Sanford , North Carolina , attended his first dog show in 1973 , the Westminster Kennel Club dog show . Starting in Obedience , Mr . Kirkland thereafter acquired his first show dog , a Miniature Schnauzer . He has bred , owned , and handled many to their championship titles , including Group and National Specialty winners . In 1994 , Mr . Kirkland acquired his first Cavalier King Charles Spaniel , and continues in the breed today . He has also owned and bred multiple champions in Japanese Chin and Tibetan Spaniels . Mr . Kirkland became an AKC judge in 1995 and is currently approved to judge the Hound , Terrier , Toy , Non-Sporting , and Herding groups , Schnauzers , Junior Showmanship , and Best in Show .
