Barbara Osgood Designs began in 1990 by selling to stores around Montana and at craft shows . In 1998 the business began selling hand crafted hair accessories on a website to domestic and international customers . These handcrafted hair accessories are created for ages infant through woman , for dance and cheer groups with ribbon hairbows , headbands , hairbow holders as well as fabric bows and clawclips for women .
The Made-in-Montana Marketplace is a wholesale trade show produced by the City of Great Falls and is a premier marketplace for Montana buyers and sellers to meet .
