with this, I just love him.
Anywho, like anything else, goal-
setting and achieving is a
process. It's like a pyramid, you
have one big goal at the top and
smaller goals you have to
accomplish to reach that one.
For instance; losing 20 pounds
may be your focus, but you have
daily tasks you have to
accomplish to reach that goal.
These daily tasks may include;
meal prepping, going to the gym,
doing sit-ups before bed, etc.
Often times, habits must be
broken and created to acheive
those life chaning goals, but
once you get into a routine, "It's
lit!" Your glow can not be
stopped.
