The healthy body is one that is free from pain, free
from disease, free from discomfort. This will happen
on all levels mentally, physically and spiritually. Well
the question is how does one get to this state, maintain it, or regain it. Is there some magic formula, or as
so many have aspired to, some new plant discovery,
that is made into juices and pills. Some have even discovered drinking a gallon of water, and others have a
set of rules and yet there are others. Could there be so
many variations and everybody be right. It seems that
there are millions of books written on health and specialized steps and strategies. We will take a little journey into real health. We will take a look at the foundation and the principles that go along with it. Principles
you say? Yes principles. I have a degree in business
and Accounting was one of my specialties. It is a very
delicate and sensitive topic. One has to study much to
not only know what the principles were, but we had to
know how to apply them in the right situations in the
