I also hosted a hill run once a week where people came and walked, ran or crawled up and down the hill. Last, but not least, I started a bike riding group with a few friends. What is the Project 10 challenge? Phoebe Lenear Psalmist and Worship Leader CONSECRATED Debut CD The challenge is about challenging people to lose 10 pounds at a time and when they do it healthy meal replacements and snacks are donated to kids in that person’s name to the charity of their choice. This gives the person a “why” besides themselves. Which I think is a great idea. You will be able to reach your goals and at the same time be able to help kids become and stay healthier. The challenge is not just about losing weight it is about any health or fitness goal that a person can have. Where do you see yourself five years from now? In five years I will be at a much greater place then I am now. I will be traveling the world with my family setting up food banks and kids programs to create health and fitness awareness to young kids and adults. I see myself as one who will stand in rooms with thousands of people taking the time to bring health and wealth to others who are ready to make a change for the better. I have big goals to help as many people as I can beat this epidemic of obesity. I still have a way to go myself so in five years I see myself at my goal weight, somewhere between 180 and 200 pounds.
