Payment in full the evening of the event is mandatory. You may pay with cash,
check, American Express, Visa or MasterCard.
All sales are FINAL.
Items are not redeemable for cash and there will be no exchanges or refunds on
items. Please note that some items may have restrictions.
All bids will be placed using your smart device.
AuctionsByCellular staff members will be present at the event to be your
“Personal Shopper” if you do not prefer to bid via cell phone.
In the event of a dispute, an auction official shall act as a final authority and shall
determine the winning bidder. The official’s decision will be final.
Retail value assigned to the item being auctioned have been provided by the donor
and are not warranted by The Weiss School for tax purposes or for general value.
The Weiss School makes no express or implied warranties on auction items other
than from the manufacturer which may be with your purchase.
