Bloomington. Our members expressed a need
for updating our locker rooms and creating a
functional training area. We were able to address these areas for our members and use the
renovation as a marketing tool to gain more
members.
GGFA: How do you use member feedback to
motivate and coach your staff?
MORGAN: We’ve added weekly emails to all
staff, texts to individual staff members, and we
talk about Medallia during meetings. We also
use our video camera system at each gym to
coach/correct member experience behaviors.
Team members who see themselves live on
camera can now explain to us what our members’ perception is when they see behaviors like
leaning on the front desk. Our team members
know what member experience is and are able
to articulate what it looks like and doesn’t look
like.
If you are a Legacy 2 or Royalty gym, you can get
started on the Medallia platform for no additional cost. All other gyms can get started on the
platform for about $100 per month and a small
