You've made it as easy as you can, and your potential customer has quickly turned into your newest guest. Soon, though, their role will change again.

Before that moment comes, though, head to your Facebook business page settings. Make sure you have reviews enabled. As you've probably learned by now from using TripAdvisor or almost any accomadations website, reviews are king. Just as Bill Gates once quoted with the creation of the internet, "Content is king," in the accomodations and hospitality industry, it's undoubtedly the best and brightest competing for those cherished gold stars.
