Sometimes the most valuable

thing you can offer is your knowledge…

This is the first of an ongoing series of articles featuring AIHP members that, in addition to their full-time jobs as innkeepers or Allied Partners, find time volunteering to make their communities and the world a better place!

AIHP members are very special individuals. In addition to their full-time jobs as innkeepers or Allied Partners, many still have time to Give Back!

It’s clear that Giving Back has always been a part of Ed Fishers’s life as he's led short-term mission trips to Africa for over 20 years. A familiar face to many in our industry, he and his wife Carol of 18 years own the North Fork Mountain Inn, a Select Registry property of Cabins, West Virginia, and have been innkeepers since 2006.

2006. A founding member of AIHP, Ed also serves on the Select Registry Board of Directors.

Though busy operating their nine-room plus cabin property, facilitating weddings, retreats, and cooking breakfast daily, Ed also serves his local church, Maysville Bible Brethren as leader of the missionary care team and still has time for his two hobbies to consume his leftover energy: food and wine appreciation and travel!
