y heart breaks that we continue to see so much tragedy and devastation caused by the hurricanes, fires and
earthquakes around this country and in other parts of the world. We know that so many of you have been impacted in so many ways and that the hardships will continue long after the disasters have passed. Please know that AIHP is here to help in any way that we can.
I have a request - if you have been impacted or know of anyone that has been impacted in anyway by these disasters, I would ask you to please reach out to me personally ([email protected] or 717-433-6813) so that we can assist you in any way that we can.
We want to be able to help you get back to as much of a normal a life as you can. We would like to work with you on an individual basis to see in what ways we can assist you.
We will continue to work with those state associations that are dealing with these disasters and assist anyway that we can. For those members that are looking for ways to help we would suggest you explore participating in the following program - The Emergency Lodging Assistance Program. This program provides lodging reimbursement for pre-qualified individuals from designated disaster areas.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency created the ELA program to provide temporary shelter as a result of a Federal disaster declaration. As
administrator for this FEMA-funded preparedness initiative, CLC provides rules-based payments for all qualified applicants at participating hotels. Click here to learn more.
