changes , from the different ownership changes over the years and redirection with the brand . The GGFA has played a critical role with the EOS ( Entrepreneurial Operating System ) between corporate and the franchisees .
What is the biggest value you derive from being part of the SPN ? The SPN is a great organic channel to be able to reach out to new and existing franchisees and to be able to educate both Matrix and the customer on trends , training and support . There is a lot of value with the events spread out to get in front of everyone and dig deeper into the partnership and friendship .
Can you share a memorable experience that is particularly special ? Not going too far into the X-Rated events … LOL . But the Bus Tours and Wine Tours were always amazing and such an experience . We need to get back to that ! Oh , and I do have a slight memory of G ’ s ( toy box )...
Who is your favorite GGFA Staff Member ? G-bitch of course . Seriously , Deborah , Rachel , and Tara are the clean-up crew and do a fabulous job and are always there to direct you and help you to getter ’ done !

We have had a good partnership with Gold ’ s for 8 years , and we wanted to join the Vendor Program but decided to put it off because we need a team for this . Finally , we have a team to support this fully and joined SPN in 2023 to tell a good story about our partnerships .
Being part of this program provides us with inside access as part of an effective end goal of building stronger relationships .
