Can you remember when you first found out about the GGFA ’ s Supplier Partnership Network ? Tell us about it . Why did you join the SPN ? We joined on May 14 , 2008 – the very start of the SPN . The GGFA has been an anchor to the Gold ’ s family providing leadership , guidance , recognition , and friendship among the Gold ’ s Gym franchisees . Les Mills has been committed to collaborating and supporting their success through the delivery of world class content , education and events designed to create healthier businesses and get more people moving . franchisees and learning about their best practices or challenges within their businesses and how we might be able to support .
Can you share a memorable experience that is particularly special ? There are way too many for me to mention , which I guess highlights the great work the GGFA has done to bring us closer to the Gold ’ s Gym family . Looking forward to many more !
Who is your favorite GGFA Staff Member ? Everyone has been great , but I have to say Ginger Collins as I work with Ginger most and she always brings a smile to my face .
how and where to invest resources to continue to provide product and services that meet Gold ’ s Gym ’ s changing needs .
What is the biggest value you derive from being part of the SPN ? Connecting with the franchise owners to get a better understanding of their future direction . Participating in the Regional events to learn about the great programs being implemented by the clubs to better serve their members .
Can you share a memorable experience that is particularly special ? October 19th , 2020 , Four Season ’ s Hotel Las Vegas . As I entered the GGFA Meeting Room I looked around and saw dozens of Gold ’ s Gym owners engaging with all those around them , unafraid and positive that we could and would come out of the Pandemic .

What have been some of the biggest changes you ’ ve seen over the years since you joined ? There ’ s been more focus on integrating the suppliers into the Gold ’ s Gym family and creating a more intimate and open environment to meet and create lasting relationships with the franchise owners and RSG . The GGFA does a fantastic job supporting , featuring , and advocating for Les Mills and other partners through the Owners ’ Conference , Regional Events , publications , and newsletters which has created more opportunity for mutually beneficial cooperation and support of the Gold ’ s Gym Brand .
What is the biggest value you derive from being part of the SPN ? For Les Mills , it ’ s been an invaluable experience in terms of building strong relationships , getting to spend time one-on-one with our partners , learning and sharing insights and current trends on the industry from guest speakers , sitting among the

Can you remember when you first found out about the GGFA ’ s Supplier Partnership Network ? An overly enthusiastic red head ran up to our booth at the Gold ’ s Gym Convention and started exclaiming the virtues of having direct insight to what the Franchisee ’ s needed and we needed to be a part of it . No was not an acceptable answer .
Why did you join the SPN ? We wanted to get an inside view of the direction Gold ’ s Gym owners were headed as they continued to develop programs and services for their members . Ginger sold us on the ability to not only be able to meet and interact with owners , but also be allowed to listen to and participate in the actual meeting .
